What A Week!!!!!!

Monday was the first day back at work. It went well for both me and the kids. The adjustment in the evenings will take a bit of getting used to but over all we made it.
By Tuesday and Wed Carson was feeling worse with this cold and cough he couldn't get over. So I called the Dr. to get him at the same time Brax's 12 week appt was. Fortunately, I had some vacation time I had to use before the end of the month so Thursday was going to be Dr Day. At the same time I was dealing with the kids, Cory had managed to catch whatever Carson had. So by - Thursday morning Cory was sick as a dog and on the couch because I refused to let him have the bed since I CAN"T get sick my first week back at work. At 5 am, I decided after being up all night with Carson and Braxi that I would just get up and get ready. We headed to the Dr at around 9. Carson was very excited to go to the Dr because I told him she would give him something for his nose. When the Dr walked in - she asked him what was wrong and Carson very sweetly said, "Dr. Deegal (it's really Dr. Siegal and she is no longer at the practice but every Dr is Dr Deegal to him) I'm not deeling dood - my dody hurz" He ended up having a Severe Sinus infection and she gave him some heavy duty antibiotic for 14 days. Unfortunately, he is STILL sick and the meds have made him have really bad diapers so hopefully he will start feeling better soon because he is just pitiful right now!!!!!!
Braxtynn's appt went well. She weighs 13 lbs 15 oz and is 24 3/4 inches long. The Dr. said to keep doing what we were doing because she looked well. She did start sleeping through the night consistently for me this week. She obviously is having a good time at day care and knows that I am back at work and need sleep. For the majority of the week, she went to bed around 9 and I had to wake her up at 7.....can't beat that!!!!
Everyone is currently sleeping and I am trying to catch up on some things that have become slack since I have been cleaning up snot, buggies, and poop for the last week. Thank god tomorrow is a new week....hopefully, everyone will start feeling better.
